The objective of Lighthouse Christian Fellowship’s world missions is to proclaim the precious gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world by aiding in outreach projects and sending forth God-called men and women in obedience to The Great Commission: "Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15). The preparing of the church for the coming of Jesus Christ for His bride is the ultimate goal and aim. "That he might present it to Himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish" (Ephesians 5:27). To this end it is the responsibility of this body to preach the Oneness of God, the absolute and full Deity of Jesus Christ, repentance of sins, baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and receiving the Holy Ghost with the initial sign of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. Thereafter it is the responsibility of the ministry to teach all baptized believers that they must "follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord" (Hebrews 12:14). Lighthouse Christian Fellowship is involved in both a direct and indirect way in our missions outreach efforts. We support missionaries and global outreach projects in prayer and finances.
Our past efforts have included outreach efforts from the local, community efforts to supporting the works of international Christian relief organizations to church sponsored overseas missions. Pastor Murray served as a visiting instructor at the Scism Bible College in Delhi, India; preached in continents around the world, ministering in Russia, England, Northern and Southern India, South Korea, Israel and Palestine. |
